POLICY

Tier-3 cities and remote pincodes may take 2–3 extra days. Northeast & Andaman & Nicobar Islands may take a little longer.
WHERE WE SHIP
Breza ships across India only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.
PAYMENT
We currently accept prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the courier's website.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, you may be charged a re-shipping fee or, in some cases, the order may not be re-shipped.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- If tracking shows the package is stuck or marked “undeliverable”, email us at support@breza.in with your order number
- We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a reshipment
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, take photos before opening if possible, then email us at support@breza.in within 48 hoursof delivery. We'll cover replacements for verified shipping damage.
